Every color service starts with a consultation. Formulas are built around each client's hair history, lifestyle and how the color wears over time, using low-tox color lines from Alfaparf Milano and Oway. Base Color is a single-process refresh that enriches tone, blends gray and deepens dimension, and it usually runs 90 minutes to 2 hours. The signature service is Full Balayage, hand painted freehand across the whole head and finished with a customized glaze and blow dry; it takes about 3 to 5 hours depending on toner and finishing. Partial Balayage is painted on the top and front sections. Highlights are placed with foils, and a bond builder such as BB3 is added to highlight and balayage services. Color and smoothing services are usually spaced apart, with the stylist recommending the order.

Two smoothing options are offered: Kera R/X, a keratin treatment that reduces frizz and shortens drying time, and Oway Hstraighten, a permanent smoothing service in which 87.17 percent of the ingredients are naturally derived. A consultation and an aftercare plan are included with either. Most smoothing appointments run 2 to 4 hours.

Women's haircuts include shampoo, a custom cut and a finishing blow dry, and take 60 to 90 minutes. Men's haircuts use scissor and clipper work with a polished style, and a clean-up between full cuts covers the neckline, sideburns and edges. Cuts are planned around how hair moves and dries, with heatless cutting and styling techniques and a preference for minimal heat and product. Bang trims are often complimentary for current clients between regular cuts. Haircuts and color can be booked together so the cut is planned around color placement.

Hair extensions are offered as hand tied wefts, sewn onto a beaded foundation and suited to fine to medium density hair, or tape-in wefts, which are flat, pre-taped and usually faster to install. Extension consultations are free and take 30 minutes, and installs start with a custom quote before hair is ordered. Clients get regular move-up appointments and aftercare guidance. Parking is on the street along 5th Street, including three spots directly in front of the building, and guests may use the library lot at 5th and Mary. Guests are asked not to park in the driveway. Online booking is available through the salon's booking system, and some stylists take bookings by text or through their own scheduling page.

Color and cuts are designed around how the hair grows out, moves and wears between appointments, with low-tox products and minimal heat in styling.
