Much of the menu is extension work and relaxer care. A quick weave glues hair wefts to a protective cap, and it is offered with a shampoo, without one, or with fingerwaves. A full-head sew-in braids the natural hair into cornrows and then sews extensions onto the braids, available with or without a wash. Relaxer options include a retouch, a retouch with deep conditioning and a cut, and a first relaxer for natural hair. Wash and curl styling with an express conditioner is also offered, and Waving Wednesday is a short, lower-priced visit.

Booking takes a $30 deposit paid by Cash App or Apple Pay, which is non-refundable, and an appointment is canceled if payment is not made within 24 hours. The salon does not supply hair, so clients getting a weave text to choose the hair they want to buy. Fit-ins outside the scheduled time carry a $50 fee, and appointments on the stylist's day off, early, or after closing add a $100 fee. Sew-ins are not booked on Fridays or Saturdays, and children are not allowed in the salon except infants or clients being serviced.

Consultations are virtual only and held on Mondays by FaceTime or through Instagram or Facebook messenger at the booked time. The Hush n Get Cut plan is a five-week maintenance package at $425 to start and $425 per month after that. It is for the buyer only, cannot be shared with another person, and is non-refundable. Weave added to the plan is not included in its value.

The VIP Membership costs $30 with a three-month minimum and can be canceled after that. Members receive a welcome package by mail, booking access 48 hours early, a 50% birthday discount and a monthly add-on of a hot oil treatment or head massage, plus occasional bonus services chosen by the stylist. Perks reset each month and do not carry over. The shop also sells A.D.S Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner at $10 each, a satin pillow case at $8, and gift certificates, and it hosts a podcast called Hair Therapy with licensed cosmetologists as guests.

Focuses on efficient appointments that still feel like a pampering visit, with time kept for each client's schedule.
