Extensions are the core of the work. New extension clients need a consultation before any service, and it is best booked at least two weeks before the install, since late bookings can push back shipping. Consultations can be held in person or virtually and cover tape-ins, K-tips and microlinks. For a virtual consultation, the fee goes toward a retainer if one is placed at the end of the session. Orders are shaped through texture matching during the consultation. Hair that is not already on hand can take up to 14 business days to arrive, and custom color is offered only on hair pre-ordered through the stylist. Blonding extension work needs a five-day turnaround and advance scheduling.

Natural hair services range from a standard silk press with wash and conditioning to a deeper version with a double cleanse, steam conditioning and a trim, plus an option that adds a protein strengthening treatment. The Healthy Hair Audit comes as a blow-dry only visit or with a silk press. It begins with a conversation about hair history and includes washing, steam, protein when needed, trimming and product recommendations. Clients are asked to bring photos or a list of the products they use at home. Hair past mid-back carries a $25 add-on for silk presses and washes because of the extra product and styling time. Short cuts are not a specialty.

Policies are firm. Services, goods, extension retainers, deposits and payments are all non-refundable, and a $300 retainer secures a pre-ordered extension install. Returning extension clients should get in touch at least ten days before an install with the extension origin and lengths they want.

Tape-in and luxury extensions are suggested as a lower-tension alternative to sew-ins, particularly for clients with thinning or fine hair. Extension orders are customized through texture matching at the consultation.
