New clients begin with a mandatory 30-minute consultation that costs $50 and must be booked before any other service. Appointments booked by first-time clients without that consultation are canceled, so it is worth planning the visit around it.

Several braid and install services include extension hair, and the studio also sells its own hair. Basic Install includes a shampoo, blow dry, flat foundation, scalp treatment, install and style, and for that service the bundles must come from the Untamed Hair Collection, with extension coloring added at booking. Virgin Texture, a raw human hair listed at $90 per bundle, is sold in dark natural colors and is described as using a stitch machine weft method.

Longer-term options include the Pixie Society memberships, the Signature Pixie Transition Program, silk press packages in 3, 4, 6 and 8 sessions, install bundles, and maintenance VIP packages. Memberships and packages have their own rules: pixie visits must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over, and VIP packages are non-transferable and expire 12 months after purchase. Color prices vary with hair length, density, color history and the look wanted, so some services are listed as starting at a price.

Consultations come before a first visit, and extension methods are chosen after a hair analysis at the luxury extension consultation.
