Braid services range from Natural Fulani and Signature Stitch Braids to Feed-ins, Fulani Knotless, Knotless, and the Boho Knotless styles. Quick weaves are glued to a protective wig cap over cornrows. Hair Added Twists and Boho Island Twists are also offered, along with ponytails, men's styles, and optional beads, shells, charms or ribbons woven into braids. Braid and hair services require hair to be freshly washed, free of product and blow-dried before the appointment.

Facials include the Glow and Go hydration facial, the Intimate Facial built around a peach-based routine with cleansing, exfoliation, serums and a hydrojelly brightening mask, and personalized 60- and 90-minute facials. Personalized facials require a deposit, $15 for the 60-minute facial and $20 for the 90-minute facial, and Glow and Go requires a $15 deposit. Skin care also includes Skin Lightning, which combines microdermabrasion and microneedling with a lightening enzyme mask aimed at dark spots on body areas; the site recommends 3 to 6 sessions for best results. A full-body Body Polish is also available.

Waxing covers face, body and intimate areas, with face and body waxing each offering nine options. Intimate waxing is offered in soft wax or hard wax. Packages and memberships bundle these services: the Face, Brazilian and Body wax bundles, and two monthly memberships, the Zmoss babe membership and the Zmoss Wax baddie membership.

Policies: a 50% cancellation fee applies if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or if the client does not show, and all appointments are non-refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday through Saturday closed, and Sunday 6 PM to 9 PM. Travel services are available: travel under an hour from the spa is charged as Travel, and travel beyond an hour is Travel Plus, adding $100 for each hour away.
