According to the spa, it received recognition and endorsements from several publications in its early years.

Facials are a central part of the menu. They are described as customized and use organic, plant-based products. Options range from a $85 Mini Facial, which includes deep pore cleansing with steam but no extractions, to treatments such as the Hydra Facial with Oxygen Boost, a three-step service using a medical-grade device, and the Red Light Renewal Facial, which pairs red light therapy with skincare. Several facials, including the Radiance, Soothing and Advanced Purifying Acne Treatment, use emerginC skincare. Glacial and shaved ice treatments, dermaplaning and several peel options round out the facial list, along with eye, neck and chest, and hand treatments that can be added on.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, pregnancy and an energizing leg and foot massage, offered in several session lengths. Pregnancy massage is recommended after the first trimester. A couples suite offers side-by-side treatments with a fireplace, a shower, fruit and chocolates, and a glass of prosecco. Couples massages are priced by session type and length.

Reservations are suggested, and a credit card is needed to hold any appointment. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, turn off their cell phones and avoid bringing children under 10. Relevant medical conditions should be disclosed before any service. Cancellations need 24 hours notice on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends, and no-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full. A shower is available after a treatment for scheduled clients on request. Gratuities are not included in prices; 18 to 20 percent is customary and cannot be added to card payments. The spa is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. Gift certificates can be bought online or in person for any service, package or dollar amount. They are redeemable for services and retail, are non-refundable and transferable, and expire five years after purchase. Returns must be made within three business days and are given as spa credit only, and makeup and skincare items are final sale.
