Acne work is a central part of the menu. In person, a new client can book a consultation that includes a first treatment, with a customized treatment, a home care plan, enzyme exfoliation or a first chemical peel, high frequency and LED light. Existing clients return for a two-week check-in. The business also runs a remote Acne Bootcamp, where a first consultation by Zoom leads to a tailored skincare regimen, products shipped to the client, a virtual product application session and biweekly check-ins. The business describes this remote program as able to deliver results from anywhere; that is its own claim. A shorter virtual check-in is available for existing Bootcamp clients to track progress and adjust home care.

The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Teen Facial to a customized 60-minute Signature Custom Facial, which adds skin analysis, custom exfoliation, extractions as needed and a custom mask. Higher tiers build on that base: the Luxe Skin Treatment adds high frequency, LED therapy and targeted serums, and the Ultimate Skin Treatment adds dermaplaning and Nano Glow Infusion. The Gentlemen's Reset is a facial for men with neck and shoulder massage included. The Oxygen Rx Treatment is an oxygen facial for redness, sensitive or blemish-prone skin. The Factor Five No Downtime Peel is a resurfacing treatment finished with LED therapy and a 7-day home kit, and the business notes that best results come from three to five treatments spaced 7 to 10 days apart. Microneedling is a collagen-focused treatment with targeted serum, and a personalized plan is recommended over a series.

Body treatments cover the back, neck and décolleté, and underarms. Brow and lash services include brow mapping and shaping, brow stain, brow lamination and lash lifts with tint. The waxing menu is detailed by area, from lip and chin to full leg, and spray tans offer a bronzed look without UV exposure in standard and rapid versions.

Booking requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise a 50% fee of the scheduled service applies. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and arriving later than that counts as a same-day cancellation with a 50% fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged 50% of the service, and repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or payment in advance. Gift cards are available. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed on Sundays.
