Dr. Monica Grover is a physician-led practice with two locations: a Manhattan office at 535 5th Avenue on the 33rd floor, and a Westchester office at 3505 Hill Boulevard, Suite C, in Yorktown Heights. The Manhattan office offers in-person visits on Tuesdays from 11 AM to 4 PM and virtual appointments on weekdays from noon to 3 PM. The Yorktown Heights office is open for in-person visits on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 AM to 3:30 PM.

Aesthetic services cover injectables, facial treatments, microblading for brows, lash lift and tint, intimate lightening, and laser hair removal on the face, arms, underarms, abdomen, back, legs, bikini area and other body areas. Laser hair removal typically takes at least three to six sessions, with each session lasting about 10 to 30 minutes depending on the area. Before treatment, clients are asked to avoid plucking, waxing and tanning for four to six weeks, and afterward to avoid unprotected sun exposure and artificial tanning.

Botox, Xeomin and Dysport are botulinum toxin type A products, and the practice describes them as FDA-approved for cosmetic use. Consultations include a review of skin and medical history, and a complete skin analysis at the first visit confirms candidacy. Injections are placed with a fine needle in the office and usually take only a few minutes, with results typically appearing within one to two weeks. These products are commonly used on the forehead, eyes, eyebrows, nasalis muscle and dimpled chin.

Non-surgical labiaplasty, branded as Precision Plasty, uses the Renuvion device, which combines radiofrequency energy and helium plasma. The practice describes the procedure as minimally invasive and says it is performed by one of the few certified practitioners nationwide. A complimentary consultation includes a look at before and after photos. Clients typically return to work and normal activities within two days and may resume sexual activity and exercise after five days.

Women's health and gynecology services are offered to women and girls of all ages, including teens and young adults. They include pregnancy testing, birth control, breast exams, postpartum care, family planning, cancer risk screenings, HPV vaccines, and sexual and reproductive health counseling. Customized IV therapy with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients usually runs 20 to 25 minutes, and mental wellness care addresses anxiety, stress and depression in partnership with behavioral health clinician Dr. Bonnie Luft.
