Full balayage or highlights start at $375, partial at $330, and a haircut is $160.

The salon offers several extension methods: hand-tied, invisible beaded, Luna Method, Natural Beaded Rows, Kacey Welsh Method and tape-in. Hand-tied extensions use high-quality human hair with limited points of contact to add length and thickness. The Kacey Welsh Method is a two-step process that sews in silk wefts. Hand-tied extension packages, including new hair, color, haircut and style, run from $1,200 to $2,500. Clients are asked to wash extensions one to three times a week and to use only professional salon or beauty supply products on extension and color-treated hair.

Each appointment ends with styling and a photo. The New Clients packages include Refresh Me at $180, which covers a gray-coverage root touch-up and a gloss; Lighter and Brighter, starting at $300 for partial or $345 for full, which includes a consultation, custom color formulation, toner and a blow-dry; and Transform Me at $500, a full change that can combine highlighting, low lighting, toning, blending, gray coverage and darker base color.

Appointments should be confirmed or canceled at least 24 hours ahead, or 48 hours for extension services. Changes made with less notice carry a 50% rebooking fee. For a no-show, the full cost of the missed services is due before rebooking. Clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and a late fee may apply to recurring lateness. Concerns about a service should be raised within 5 days. A result that was not achieved in a single session, when multiple sessions were discussed during consultation, does not count as a redo.
