The menu covers manicures and pedicures at several levels. A basic manicure takes 45 minutes or more and includes nail shaping, cuticle care, a light massage and regular polish, with gel available as an add-on. The glow manicure and glow pedicure add scrubs and massage, and the glow pedicure also includes hot towels. No-polish options are available for clients who want bare nails. Gel extensions are lightweight, shaped and lengthened to the client's chosen style, and finished to look natural.

Children aged 12 and under can book a kids manicure or a kids pedicure, each 30 minutes long, with gentler care suited to younger clients. Gel removal and gel extension removal are offered for clients who want existing gel work taken off. Add-ons of 10 minutes or more are chosen alongside a manicure or pedicure before booking.

A card on file is required to book. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service total, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may shorten the service or lead to cancellation. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. The nail art portfolio shows French, cat eye, chrome, gem, chrome and 3D, and polka dot styles.
