Services center on hand-tied hair extensions, custom color, custom wigs, and integration systems for thinning hair. Color options are Basic, Partial, and Full, and extensions are offered in one, two, or three rows. Every client has a consultation in person before booking, which is also where the maintenance schedule for extensions is set. The studio does not offer consultations by email or text.

The studio says its focus is comfort, with hair that should not feel heavy, tight, or overdone. Visits include snacks, drinks, a TV with streaming, Wi-Fi, and the option to choose the music. Laptops are welcome. Wigs come with warranty support, and the studio can help with insurance paperwork where it applies.

The studio aims for comfort and lightweight, natural-looking hair, and it is open to adjustments so clients feel at ease.
