Visits take place in an open room with natural light. Guests can park in the free lot, help themselves to a snack and drink area, and are given towels, a client robe and a cape, with laundry handled on site.

Extension maintenance is recommended every six to eight weeks.
Booking can be done online, by phone or in person, and may ask for a name, phone number and payment details. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations may carry a fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling or a shortened service, depending on availability. Payment plans are offered through Cherry with no hard credit check, and the payment page says approvals go up to $30,000 with no hidden fees.
