Services are organized under hair. Custom color is built to each client, and new color clients first book a Color Consultation before any color service. Hair extensions are also offered, and new extension clients similarly book an Extension Consultation first. The Haircut and Style service is open to all new clients, while the clean up service, meant for clipper cuts, is reserved for current clients.

The salon also sells luxury hair care products through its online shop and offers eGift cards in amounts of $100, $500, $1,000 and $2,000, or a custom amount.
