The extensions are built on a foundation of small beads and thread rather than being stitched into natural hair, which the salon describes as non-damaging. Every weft is chosen, colored and blended to suit the client's hair color, density, texture and goals. Maintenance visits take the extensions out, refresh color on both natural and extension hair where needed, and put them back in from the foundation up. Owner and creative director Amanda Gluck has worked with hair and extensions for about 15 years and in 2018 chose to focus solely on her own hand-tied method. She hopes to build a team where every stylist is skilled at extensions.

New clients begin by filling out a booking form for the service they want, then have a virtual consultation with a specialist, where pricing and next steps are set. Existing guests book, reschedule or cancel by text or phone. Changes need 48 hours' notice, a valid card is kept on file, and a missed or late-cancelled appointment carries a non-refundable fee of 50 percent of the scheduled service. For Brazilian Blowout, the salon suggests touch-ups every three to four months, with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner in between.

The salon's approach centers on customization, hair integrity and natural-looking results, with unhurried appointments and plans shaped around each client's concerns, goals and lifestyle.
