The South Tampa salon is owned by Phaedra McGee, who also works as a stylist there. The business centers on Invisible Bead Extensions and dimensional lived-in color for blondes, brunettes and reds.

The salon says it aims for custom, long-term hair solutions rather than quick fixes. Visits open with an in-depth consultation covering hair history, lifestyle, goals and concerns. Extension appointments add a scalp and density assessment before installation, and clients are taught extension care, recommended products and when to return for maintenance.

Color options include a partial blonding service covering a half head of customized highlights, usually not underneath, and a lived-in blonding service with custom blending, a shadow root, gloss or toner and a blowout. Cuts include a customized cut, wash and blowout. Extension services include blowouts with shampoo, conditioner and a flat iron or curls, reinstalls for current clients priced per row, and new one-row or two-row installs using up to four custom-matched wefts with a blending haircut. Keratin smoothing is offered for drying time, humidity and frizz. Color can be added to an extension install for an additional cost, and install pricing varies by stylist, hair length and desired fullness.

Booking runs on cancellation and arrival rules: changes need 48 hours' notice, and changes made inside that window carry a fee of half the service price. Retainers and install fees are non-refundable, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled. Late clients keep their price, with the service shortened to fit the time left. Issues reported within seven days get a correction at no extra charge. Clients receive a text confirmation, a reminder 72 hours ahead, and need to click through to confirm.
