The studio combines skin care with touch-based sessions. Facials use products from the Dr. Alkaitis organic skincare line, and the 60-, 75- and 90-minute facial options are priced to match how much time and work each one involves. The 75-minute facial is the suggested choice for a first facial or for a facial that includes extractions. The 90-minute Biodynamic Organic facial is open only to clients who have already had a stand-alone Biodynamic Craniosacral session.

Brow services include shaping, custom-blended tinting and combined shape and tint packages, and they can be added to facials or touch sessions. Hair removal on the brows and face is done with a stripless wax. Facial waxing is limited to the face, and body waxing is not offered. Extended waxing or tinting sessions can combine brow work with lip, chin and cheek waxing.

Touch sessions include Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Transforming Touch, with 60- and 80-minute options for Biodynamic work. Biodynamic sessions use light, static touch while the client stays fully clothed on a massage table. There is no diagnosis, adjusting or manipulation, and the direction of each session is worked out with the client through conversation. Transforming Touch follows a set step-by-step protocol and is a good fit for children and for adults who prefer predictability. The practice describes these as the gentlest bodywork the practitioner has found.

Consultations are available in person or online, billed by the hour with a 45-minute minimum. An in-person consultation includes demonstrations and product recommendations but no facial. Face Exploration is a 45-minute touch session that uses no products and can be done in person or online. New clients fill out a consultation form in the lobby and should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. A 20-minute phone call can be booked before a session to see whether the work is a good fit. A limited number of reduced-rate or sliding-scale appointments are offered each month; clients call to ask about them.

Scheduling and payment rules: a 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or a $50 fee applies (or the full cost of services under $50). Cancellations or no-shows with less than 12 hours' notice are charged the full cost of the services. Late arrivals are handled case by case. First-time clients pay a $25 deposit that is applied to their first service. Clients who are unwell should call before an appointment so the timing can be discussed. Gift cards are sold online in set amounts or a custom amount.

Sessions are built around the client's input, with a gentle, non-diagnostic touch approach for the bodywork and organic products for skin care.
