Booking works differently from a typical salon. Appointments cannot be made online; clients instead send current hair photos, photos of the result they want and a short hair history, or they reach out by text. Every first visit begins with a consultation, and new clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete a questionnaire. An active credit card must be on file. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and a missed notice may bring a charge of half the booked service. Clients more than 15 minutes late may lose their slot and face a $50 rescheduling fee. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal or offline. Minors under 18 need a signed release from a parent or guardian, and all-over color is not offered to children 6 or younger. Anyone unhappy with a service can contact the manager or owner within 7 days, with refunds weighed against before-and-after photos.

Extension fitting starts with a scalp analysis and testing of hair follicle strength and texture, which guides the method chosen. Extensions are by consultation only, and color matches are done only in the salon. According to the salon, European extensions last about 9 to 12 months and Russian extensions about 12 to 24 months, depending on care. Swimming is not recommended while wearing them. Training to become a hair extension specialist is also offered, through hands-on or online classes, and a certification is issued on completion.

Head spa visits come in three menus: Relaxation, Esthetic Head Spa and a Hair Loss Head Spa. Treatments combine haircare, massage, spa facial work, aromatherapy and hair loss systems, and are personalized after a scalp analysis. Head spa clients complete paperwork before the appointment and should leave jewelry and makeup off. Head spa treatments cannot be received with extensions installed. The Esthetic Head Spa is offered only by specific technicians, so clients must say so when booking, and the Hair Loss Head Spa is provided only by Amy Obran.

Scalp and hair loss work draws on hFGF10 oil, red and blue light therapy, minoxidil, copper peptides, ultrasound, zinc thymulin, retinol and exosomes. The salon says its hair loss methods are based on evidence-based clinical studies. Bloodwork and treatments that cannot be done in the salon are handled with Statera Health and Wellness. The site states that all employees are fully trained and licensed.

Plans start with an individual assessment rather than a standard menu. Extension choices follow a scalp analysis and strand testing, and head spa treatments are personalized from a scalp analysis as well.
