Medical treatments start with a consultation with a licensed provider, who looks at anatomy, skin and health history before recommending anything. The client then receives a written plan that lists products, number of sessions, timing and pricing. Treatments are given in a private suite, followed by aftercare and a follow-up check-in. Injectables are placed by a licensed nurse injector. Injectables, biostimulators, PRP, threads and corrective programs all require that first consultation, while facials and red light sessions can usually be booked online without one.

The spa says it posts upfront pricing on every treatment page. Listed prices are standard menu prices, and the provider confirms the exact plan and cost at consultation before any treatment. Online booking does not require a card, and payment is made at the visit.

Annual Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships bundle facials, red light, steam sauna and hyperbaric oxygen sessions, and in the higher tiers aesthetic credit, at a lower cost than booking each service on its own. The spa describes Platinum as its most complete program. Memberships are billed as a one-time charge, with financing available at a 5% processing fee. Aesthetic credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, and benefits apply only while the membership is active.

Appointments are recommended. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice by phone, and late cancellations or missed visits may carry a fee. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early for intake and returning patients 5 minutes early. Bring photo ID and a list of current medications.

Medical treatments are planned by licensed providers after an individual evaluation, and a written plan comes before any treatment. Results vary from person to person.
