Lash extensions are the main service. Styles include Classic, Angel, Hybrid and Volume, offered as mini or half sets, full sets, and bottom lashes in either a few-lash or very full application. Before a set, Ava starts with a consultation about the look a client wants and any sensitivities. Lash choices such as curl, length, weight and density are planned around each client's natural lashes and eye shape. Extensions need fills every two to three weeks, since they shed with the natural lashes. Because lash adhesive contains cyanoacrylate, clients with that allergy should not get extensions. A patch test can be done beforehand, and removal is recommended to be done in the studio rather than at home. The first full set comes with spoolie brushes and a lash kit.

Lash lifts and brows are the other core services. Brow lamination brushes natural brow hairs into a more lifted direction; it does not add new hairs. Brow shaping is done with waxing and tweezing, and brow tint is available as an add-on. The tint lasts three to four weeks and is not henna.

Clients can book through the studio's online calendar or by phone, text or email. The studio is open 10 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and 11 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays. Prepaid packages of four fills can be purchased in the studio, and gift cards are available. Tips are not included in the price and are not required.

Ava works from a lash-health-first approach, planning each extension set around the condition of the natural lashes.
