SHAI ECHELON STUDIOS

Shai Echelon Studios is a beauty studio in Roswell, Georgia, offering brow, lash, skin therapy and wet set services. The studio describes its services as luxury, personalized care. Brows and lashes make up most of the menu, with skin therapy facials and one hair service rounding it out.

Brow work includes brow lamination, which repositions the brow hairs to improve shape and manageability, and brow staining, which colors both the hairs and the skin beneath them. The stain is matched to each client's skin tone, hair color and preferred brow style. The studio calls its combined lamination and stain service the one clients request most. Clients with little brow hair may find the color lasts less well on bare skin, and a darker shade can help it hold. A henna brow service is also available.

Lash options include extensions shaped to the look a client wants and their natural lashes, classic volume sets, and wispy and textured styles that add soft dimension and definition. The studio describes the wispy and textured style as its most requested lash look. Full extension sets require at least 2.5 hours.

Skin therapy includes a consultation and skin analysis within the consultation and treatment facial, along with a dermaplane facial that removes surface buildup and fine facial hair. The studio describes the dermaplane facial as a client favorite. Skin therapy may also include professional exfoliation, corrective treatments and ongoing maintenance adjusted to individual skin needs. A facial every four to six weeks is offered as a general guideline.

Booking is by appointment only, through the online booking page, chat or phone. Walk-ins are not accepted. The studio is open Monday to Friday from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and closed on Sunday. First-time clients complete consultation and consent forms, which arrive in the confirmation email and should be finished at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations forfeit the retainer, and a new retainer is required to rebook. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are canceled and the retainer is forfeited. Missed appointments without a call are charged the remaining balance. Children, additional guests and pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. Payment by major credit or debit card, cash or Zelle is due when services are rendered.

Pre-appointment steps vary by treatment. For brow services, guests should pause acne medications, retinols, AHAs, BHAs, and medications that thin the blood or the skin at least 72 hours ahead. Skin therapy guests are asked to stop retinoids, exfoliants, and other active ingredients a week in advance. Lash guests should arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, skip caffeinated beverages beforehand, and take out contact lenses before treatment.
