Microcurrent is the center of the menu. The Microcurrent Facelift is a 60-minute nonsurgical treatment for the face and neck, usually booked as a series of 8 to 24 sessions, often twice a week until the desired look is reached. The first visit includes an extra 15 minutes for photos and a conversation about goals. Zone Sculpt sessions take 20 minutes and cover either the eye and forehead or the neck and jaw. Monthly maintenance is separate from the series and is not included in packages. Microcurrent is not offered to everyone: the practice lists pregnancy, epilepsy, a pacemaker, metal plates or pins in the treated area, active melanoma or lymphoma, and diabetes as contraindications, and braces require a test treatment first. Clients are advised to confirm that any provider uses FDA approved, professional grade equipment.

Other services include facials, facial rituals, facial infusions, microneedling, radio frequency light therapy, oxygen treatments, vitamin infusions and homecare regimens. New microneedling clients book a consultation first. In-office consultations are 30-minute prepaid sessions where a personal treatment program is created. Virtual consultations run 60 minutes, focus on a homecare routine, include an email follow-up two weeks later, and do not require a treatment booking. Treatment pricing is not listed online, so clients are asked to call for current rates. A $65 credit applies to the first treatment when it is booked within two days of an in-office consultation.

The practice carries Osmosis Beauty & Wellness, which includes medical grade skincare, non-toxic makeup and wellness products, and Farmaesthetics, a herbal line made with organically grown herbs and flowers. MD Advanced Skincare is available only through a licensed Osmosis Professional. Skin for Life, a cosmeceutical grade line, is used in professional services but is not sold in the studio. Farmaesthetics was founded by Brenda Brock, who moved from a soap opera career into small-batch cosmetic manufacturing.

Bookings are made through the Glossgenius platform. The practice asks for 48 hours' notice to cancel, and a late client's session may be shortened while the full fee still applies. Prepaid services and packages are final. An unused balance can be applied to other menu services but not to retail. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is non-tipping. Children must stay with their client, and some procedures do not allow children in the room.

Takes a holistic and medical approach to skincare, using nontoxic, evidence based, medical grade products to aim for strong results. Stated priorities are client education, hospitality, ethics and effective treatments.
