Appointments are booked through the studio's GlossGenius page. A free consultation of about 30 minutes is offered. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Color is the core of the menu, covering root touch-ups, full color changes, color correction, half-head Expree color and balayage.
