The menu is organized around haircuts and blowouts for women, men and children, a broad color menu that includes color balance, color tone, gloss, root touch-ups and several highlight options, and smoothing and repair services such as keratin treatments, BondBuilder treatment and tape-in extensions. Color appointments can be long, and some services need advance planning: clients booking new growth on the scalp must pre-book two appointments in advance.

Payment is accepted, and the studio offers Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The studio asks clients to give notice as soon as possible if they cannot make an appointment so it can be rebooked. Hours run most days from early morning into the evening, with Tuesday, Thursday and Friday open until 9 PM and Saturday and Sunday open during the day.

Each visit can begin with a free consultation, and the studio offers a 100% vegan keratin smoothing treatment alongside its standard keratin options.
