Lash services run from a classic set, which places one extension on each natural lash for a soft lift, through hybrid sets that mix classic and volume fans, to full volume and mega volume sets for more density and length. Clients who already wear extensions can book fills at two or three weeks, in classic, hybrid, or volume styles. Fills depend on how many of the existing extensions remain: a fill needs at least half of them still in place, and below about 30 percent the visit is booked as a full set. Lash lifts, tints, and a conditioning application are also offered for natural lashes and brows.

Brow services include staining, lamination, a lamination and combo option that adds waxing or sugaring, and a shaping bundle that pairs staining with wax or sugar shaping. Facials include an express option, a custom facial, and a dermaplane facial that removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, with extractions and dermaplaning also available as add-ons to a facial. Sugaring is a paste-based hair removal method that does not stick to the skin, and it is offered across the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, chest and stomach. Waxing covers the lip, brows and underarms.

Booking works on a few set rules. Full payment is due before the appointment, and cards, cash, check, or prepayment are the accepted methods. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged the full service cost. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be shortened or canceled depending on availability. Lash clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup or curled lashes, and sugaring or waxing clients are asked to skip lotion and moisturizer, exfoliate the night before, and leave about 1 mm of growth. Complimentary adjustments or mini fills are offered for lash, sugaring, waxing, and brow or lash issues reported within 48 hours, though not for problems caused by missed aftercare, natural shedding, allergies, or medication side effects.

Treatments are carried out by a licensed esthetician, and lash fills are planned around how much of the existing set is still in place.
