The salon aims for a calm, unhurried pace in which clients are treated as guests. Beyond the chairs, it has a 10-person dry Finnish cedar sauna, a meditation and lounge area with sound bowl sessions and massage chairs, and the Wellness Pantry, which serves herbal teas, infused waters, wellness shots and snacks. The business describes its goal as a third space between home and work, somewhere to relax and be looked after.

The hair menu runs from kids cuts for ages 8 and under and clipper cuts to full balayage, extensions installed row by row, corrective color that is charged by the hour after a consultation, and fashion color. Several color services include a wash and style and a deep-conditioning treatment. Consultations for color, perms and extensions are priced at $15 to $30 and are credited toward the booked service. The salon states that its services are performed by certified professionals. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations within 48 hours carry a 50% service charge, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours carry a 100% charge. Clients with an unpaid balance cannot book until it is cleared.
