The facial menu is organized around a few core visits. The Alluna Classic Facial runs 50 minutes and includes a consultation, skin analysis, exfoliation, an infrared heat mask, and a massage of the face, neck and shoulders. The Alluna Deluxe Facial, 80 minutes, adds an enzyme peel and an ampoule and eye treatment, with the focus chosen from hydration, anti-aging, pore cleansing or pigmentation. The 110-minute Ultra Luxe Facial builds on the Deluxe with a foot scrub, longer massage and other customized add-ons. For acne there is a 90-minute Acne Facial with deep pore cleansing, extractions, acne-safe formulations and High Frequency, and stubborn acne is handled through a series of these as the skin therapist recommends. A separate 60-minute Teen Clarifying Facial is for clients under 18.

Beyond facials, microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, followed by an LED mask; the 60-minute version with Epidermal Growth Factor is priced at $240, and the 90-minute version with LED adds Celluma LED Therapy for $299. HydroSkin is a non-invasive hydrodermabrasion treatment using a suction wand with water and serums, and the salon says it gives immediate results. Chemical peels include a 30% glycolic peel, an antioxidant seasonal fruit peel, a PCA custom peel with alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids, retinol and trichloroacetic acid, and a 4% retinol peel. Dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical scalpel to remove the top skin layer and fine vellus hair, and the salon does not recommend it for skin with active acne breakouts.

The Canton location carries the spa side of the menu. A private 30-minute steam costs $45 and can be added to any Alluna treatment, and the salon suggests it before a massage to warm the muscles. The 60-minute Dead Sea Salt Glow includes a private steam before treatment, and the 90-minute Seaweed Body Wrap includes a private steam, seaweed mask and infrared heat blanket. Massage is also offered only at Canton: the Alluna Massage is a whole-body therapeutic session blending Swedish techniques with kneading, with draping used throughout so only the area being worked is exposed. Hot stone massage uses water-heated basalt stones with Swedish technique, and the therapeutic deep tissue massage works slowly into areas of tension after warming the muscles. A CBD massage adds up to 300 mg of NuLeaf CBD oil to the massage oil or cream, and any 50-minute massage can be upgraded.

Every appointment requires a credit card to hold the booking, and Canton also charges a booking fee. The card is charged only for a last-minute cancellation or a no-show without a call, and the 48-hour cancellation notice gives the esthetician time to fill the spot. Clients are asked to disclose any use of Retin-A, Accutane or AHA products, along with sensitivities or allergies, when booking. Extensive tweezing carries an upcharge. Services, purchases and appointments follow the salon's Spa Policies, and prices and services may change, with availability and pricing confirmed when booking online.

The salon describes its approach as honest, educational and mentoring, with a personalized plan for each client. It presents its treatments as science-based esthetics rather than medical procedures.
