Prima Lounge

Prima Lounge describes itself as a small, local, woman-owned business. It is located in Suite 212 at 60 Providence Hwy. in East Walpole and works by appointment only. Hours are 10am to 6pm Monday and Wednesday through Friday, 10am to 4pm on weekends, and closed on Tuesdays.

The studio covers two main areas. Its brow and lash menu includes brow lamination, lash lifts, and lash and brow tinting. Its waxing and threading menu includes full face and body waxing and facial threading, which the salon says suits sensitive and acne-prone skin. Booking rules are set out clearly. Clients need to give at least six hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Every appointment has a five-minute grace period. Late arrivals are handled by appointment length: for services of 15 minutes or less, arriving more than five minutes late means rescheduling; for 20 to 25 minute services, arriving ten or more minutes late means rescheduling; for longer services, arriving five to fifteen minutes late may mean a shortened service, and arriving fifteen or more minutes late may be accommodated where possible, with a possible fee.
