Threading is the core of the business, and the salon describes brows as its most common service. Brow threading is done with a single cotton thread, without wax, heat or chemicals, and the salon says a full brow shape takes under ten minutes. It calls threading the gentlest option it offers and says it is often chosen by clients with sensitive skin, including those with rosacea or eczema. The salon also states that hair removed by threading or waxing does not grow back thicker. Threading can be paired with a facial in the same visit.

Lash extensions come as classic, hybrid, volume and cluster sets, and the salon offers lash removal as well. A full individual set takes around two hours, and fills are recommended every two to three weeks. A lash lift and tint reshapes a client's natural lashes and tints them, with results lasting six to eight weeks; the two together take about an hour. A patch test is done before a first lash tint.

Facials are planned around each client's skin on the day and include a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, extractions, and a mask with a finishing layer. The salon recommends facials every four to six weeks and quotes them individually.

Henna and mehndi patterns are drawn freehand and applied with a fine cone. The paste is made in-house from natural henna powder, lemon and essential oil. The salon does not use black henna, which contains the dye PPD. Color deepens over about two days after application. Pricing is set per design, and clients can send a photo ahead for a quote.

Waxing suits larger areas and fine, pale hair across a surface. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly two weeks of growth, and clients should not shave between visits. Anyone using retinol, acids or prescribed acne treatments should mention it, since waxing those areas can lift skin, and the salon may thread instead. For 24 hours after waxing, clients should avoid sun, saunas, hot tubs and heavy exercise, and avoid fragranced products on the area for a day.

Walk-ins are welcome for brows and waxing, and specific times can be booked by calling ahead. Lash sets and facials need a longer slot and should be booked in advance. The salon line is a landline that takes calls during opening hours and does not take texts. The owner's mobile accepts calls and texts at any time and is the number for henna photos. There is no consultation fee, and the salon accepts cash and major cards, with receipts emailed on request. A first-visit discount is offered, along with seasonal combos and bundles that cost less than booking each service separately.

Brows are shaped to the individual client's face and bone structure rather than a standard template, and strays are left alone for clients who are growing their brows out. The salon will suggest a cheaper service when it would give the same result.
