A visit starts with a consultation that covers the skin, any previous waxing, specific concerns and what results the client is hoping for over time. Brazilian waxing includes cleansing and oiling the skin, the wax itself, and an antimicrobial polish or spray afterward. Drinks and snacks are offered before or after appointments, new clients receive goodie bags with scrub and polish samples, and aftercare cards are given out. The space has a waiting area and a cozy, welcoming feel.

Beyond waxing, the studio offers brow shaping, tweezing, brow color and brow lamination, along with keratin and Korean lash lifts and lash color. Combo services pair a lash lift with a brow lamination. Brow lamination begins with a consultation and brow mapping, and it lasts about six to eight weeks. Appointments are booked online through a Square booking page linked from the website, and a valid card on file is required to secure them. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows without notice are charged in full. Clients arriving more than seven minutes late may have their appointment shortened or moved. All services are non-refundable, so concerns should be raised within 24 hours. Clients should disclose medications, skin conditions and sensitivities beforehand, since services may be refused if contraindications are present. The studio states that results vary and are not guaranteed.
