Bridal planning starts with a free 20-minute Bridal Discovery Call to discuss what the couple has in mind. Every wedding must begin with a Bridal Preview, a 90-minute session held at the suite, with pricing that varies. Bridal Series I is $350 and combines a Fae-cial, a Body Treatment and a Preview, scheduled 7 to 14 days before the wedding. Bridal Series III is $500 and includes three Fae-cials, a Body Treatment and a Preview, beginning about three months ahead. Bridal Series VI is $750 with six Fae-cials, a Body Treatment and a Preview, beginning about six months ahead. The minimum bridal investment starts at $550 and covers the bride, three members of the bridal party and the Preview. Series clients get 15% off products and additional services during the series. Bridal party members get 15% off skin and wax services booked 7 to 14 days before the wedding. Bridal makeup sessions run 30 minutes to an hour. The studio supplies all bridal and event makeup products, though clients may bring a favorite lip color to use. To reserve a date, a contract must be signed and a deposit equal to 20% of the overall cost is paid; that deposit cannot be returned. Cancellations require 60 days' notice before the reserved date. Travel within 25 miles of Williamsville is free; beyond that, $2.00 per mile applies in each direction. Parking, valet and toll fees are added to the final bill and paid on the day of the event.

Policies to know: standard appointments carry a 50% charge for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows, while Event Makeup and Bridal Previews need 72 hours' notice to avoid that charge. Clients expecting to be late are asked to call ahead. Services are non-refundable, and products are refundable only if found defective within 30 days of purchase. Cash, credit cards and digital payments are accepted. Solo appointments are recommended, though a guardian may accompany a client under 18. Client photos are added to the portfolio only with a signed digital consent form given on the day of service. Day-of touch-up is $100 per hour for up to five hours after booked services end, or $250 for travel before a reception. A $150 relocation fee applies if the artist is asked to move locations on the wedding date, and an early start fee of $50 per artist applies to services before 6:00 a.m., plus $25 per artist for each extra hour.
