The salon takes a consultation-driven approach. Appointments are extended and customized rather than high-volume, and each service is tailored to the client's features, lifestyle and hair goals. New guests and anyone planning a major change can book a 15-minute consultation, which carries a $25 deposit that is applied toward the service. Pricing is service-based, varies by stylist, and can change if services are added or more time is needed.

Color services include single process root touch-ups for gray coverage or refreshing one all-over color, partial and full highlights for dark or regrowing roots on highlighted hair, and glazes that refine tone and add shine between appointments without lightening. Balayage is also offered, and corrective and creative color is priced after consultation.

Booking can be done online, where services, pricing and availability appear in real time, or by calling the salon at 617.936.4289. A waitlist can be joined through the online system, with notice by email or phone if a matching time opens. Advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, and the full policy is listed on the cancellation page. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm.
