The studio says its stylists approach each client's hair as a creative project. It also aims to be candid about what a desired result will take, and uses current techniques, ongoing training and premium products. The space is open to all clients, who are encouraged to be themselves.

Every visit is by appointment, and a card on file is needed to book. Appointments can be made up to four months ahead. First-time color clients need a consultation, and new clients can request an email consultation through an online form, with a reply within 48 hours. Services are priced a la carte, and prices may change.

Extensions are offered using hand-tied, weft, K-tip and tape-in methods. For curls, the studio offers a shorter curly cut for loose curls and waves, and a two-hour curly experience for tighter curls that includes a product application lesson and at-home care advice.

Stylists see each client's hair as a creative project, are upfront about what a desired result will require, and work with current methods, ongoing training and premium products.
