Cutting and styling are kept simple. Women's dry haircuts are done on clean, dry hair and do not include a shampoo or blow dry. A women's cut with blow dry is priced by the stylist, as is a standalone blow dry with shampoo and blowout, which can also follow a color or treatment appointment. Updos are available for events that need more than a wash and blow dry. Bang trims reshape existing bangs, while new bangs require a haircut.

Booking requires a valid credit card to reserve any appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes and cancellations are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be provided, and a 50% cancellation fee applies.
