The studio starts from the idea that beauty has no single definition, so each look is shaped around the person in the chair. Every visit begins with a consultation about the look wanted, the client's lifestyle and a maintenance schedule that fits home care. Clients are shown how to recreate and care for their hair between appointments.

The menu covers all-over color, root and blonding touch-ups, toner, partial and full highlights, balayage and platinum blonding, along with women's and men's cuts, children's cuts and blowouts. Glitter extensions, tied individually to each strand, are priced at consultation. Bridal work includes bridal party, special occasion and bride services, flower girl hair, and men's styling for weddings with hairline and eyebrow cleanup. Hair extensions can be discussed for bridal looks at the trial. Bridal services can be booked on-site, with any travel fee set at consultation; destination wedding clients cover all travel costs. A contract and deposit are required when booking bridal work.

Service prices are starting points and may change. A complimentary consultation is offered to talk through hair concerns and build a plan. Existing clients book or ask about appointments by calling or texting the studio. Valid credit card details are needed to hold a booking. Cancellations need 48 or more hours' notice; those within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked services. Future appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 deposit. Clients 10 or more minutes late pay a $25 late surcharge, and those 15 or more minutes late pay for all booked services and need to reschedule. Model appointments at discounted prices are open to new clients on inquiry. Hours run Tuesday through Saturday, and parking is available in front of the building or in the adjoining lot at 4405 East West Hwy.

Each look is built around the individual client and the result they want, starting with a consultation that covers lifestyle and realistic home maintenance. Clients are taught how to recreate and care for their hair until the next visit.
