Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit, due at least 48 hours before the appointment and payable by Zelle. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours forfeits the deposit. Arriving 15 minutes late can shorten a service or cancel it, and if a service cannot be finished, the deposit for that service is forfeited.

Much of the menu is about strength and durability. The structured manicure adds a gel overlay to help nails resist breaks while keeping a natural look, and Gel X extensions are lightweight, full-coverage and finished with gel polish. Clients switching from another technician can book a foreign soak-off to remove those enhancements first.

Nail art is priced in three tiers, from simple French tips and small designs up to fully customized sets with layered techniques and 3D elements. Toe reconstruction with NanoFlex Gel is offered for structural repair after breakage or trauma and is not meant for cosmetic enhancement.

The menu is built around strengthening natural nails and making manicures last, with appointments scheduled in advance.
