Hand-tied extensions can be added for length or volume and can be color matched to a client's hair. They can be colored, curled, straightened and styled like natural hair. Move-up appointments keep them in place, typically every eight to ten weeks depending on hair growth and care. The salon says that when extensions are properly applied and cared for, they should not cause significant damage. Clients buy the extension hair themselves, and it is ordered after the consultation for the installation appointment.

Booking starts online. The extension process begins with an application, then an initial consultation, and then the appointment is booked. Hand-tied extension installs require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining 50% due at installation plus the cost of the hair. Group bookings such as bridal parties may need a deposit or prepayment. A credit card on file is required to hold any appointment, and confirmations and reminders are sent. Cancellations or changes are requested at least 24 hours in advance; a shorter notice incurs a fee of 50% of the appointment, and a no-show may be charged the full appointment. Late arrivals may have their service shortened, but the full fee still applies. Payment is due at the time of service, by cash or card. Clients are encouraged to book their next color appointment before leaving to avoid the cancellation list. Clients who are unwell are asked to contact the salon to reschedule, and clients who are unhappy with a service should let the salon know within 48 hours.
