New clients book a free consultation before their first service, and all potential clients are asked to have one. Appointments are booked by phone at (832) 463-1852. The studio is open Tuesday 9am to 1pm, Wednesday through Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 6am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Saturday appointments before 8:00 AM and Friday appointments after 6:00 PM carry an additional convenience fee. Services totaling $100 or more need a 50% non-refundable deposit to book. Payment is taken by cash, Cash App, Zelle or PayPal and is settled before leaving the premises. Tipping is optional. Clients are asked to have earbuds or headphones on hand if they use electronic devices during a visit.

Loc maintenance is priced at $75 for the first hour and $40 for each additional hour, and pruning is $45 per hour. Re-attachment or wrapping is $5 per loc. Starter loc installations start at $85, with the final price depending on hair length, volume, density, desired loc size and installation method. Color is plant-based only. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late are charged a $15 late fee, and if the stylist is more than 15 minutes late starting a service, $15 is deducted from the total. Appointments can be rescheduled if a client is more than 30 minutes late, and clients are asked to call as soon as they know they will be late. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 business hours' notice. Same-day cancellations carry a $75 fee, and cancellations made within 24 business hours carry a $50 fee. Clients who complete five appointments receive $15 off their fifth visit, and a $10 credit applies to a referring client's next visit after a new client completes a first appointment. Rewards must be used during a scheduled appointment and generally cannot be combined with other promotions.
