The salon describes its mission as helping clients reach healthy hair through professional care, education, premium products and a calm salon experience. It calls its extension services luxury. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit, and an appointment is not confirmed until the deposit arrives. No-shows are charged the full service amount, and repeated lateness can lead to a double deposit on future visits. Clients who arrive hair free of heavy oils, grease, butters and buildup help the appointment run as planned, since removing them carries an extra charge.

Only salon-approved products are used during services, so outside products are not applied. Coconut oil and coconut-based products should not be brought in. Because space is limited, guests and children are only allowed when they are receiving a scheduled service. The salon does not cut, restyle or correct work done by another stylist.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 2 PM, with the salon closed on Sundays and Mondays. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
