Most visits begin with a consultation, which is 30 minutes and is used to assess skin type and concerns. New clients pay a $25 deposit toward it. From there, the facial or treatment is chosen to fit what the consultation finds. Facials range from a 60-minute teen facial and a relaxing facial without extractions to a 75-minute New Client Glow Facial, which includes skin analysis, a deep cleanse, pore extractions and SPF protection.

Several facials use specific equipment or methods: the Hydrafacial Luxe and Hydrafacial, the Diamond Facial (diamond microdermabrasion with blue light therapy and suction tips for blackheads), a Dermaplaning Facial using a surgical scalpel, and a Lymphatic Drainage Facial built on a noninvasive massage technique. The TCA Peel is a 10% trichloroacetic acid peel. Pore Purify Facial products range from organic to medical grade.

Packages bundle services at a lower total price. The Microneedling packages come in sets of three, four or six, and Scalp Revival combines scalp microneedling with Nanoxidil. The Wedding Prep Package includes a Dermaplane Facial and a Microneedling Facial. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the Services page.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a penalty; a same-day cancellation is charged 30% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, but it must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards are sold at $50, $111, $166 and $266, or in a custom amount, and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian present for any facial treatment.

Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 12 PM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. The business is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
