Services are grouped into brows, consultations, facials, lashes, and waxing. Lash options range from a classic one-to-one set and a hybrid set of individual extensions with lightweight fans to a volume set of handmade fans. Fills, lash lifts with tint, a gentler Korean lash lift, and lash tints are also offered. Brow work includes shaping, tinting, staining, shape-and-dye, and lamination. Facials range from a first-visit treatment that starts with a skin analysis and a personalized plan, to a maintenance facial for returning clients, an anti-aging facial, and an acne facial. Glow and Radiance membership facials are available to members only.
Facials include a complimentary Afterglow makeup application using Jane Iredale mineral makeup and use professional-grade skincare. A beauty consultation can be booked virtually or in person, and its fee is credited toward a service or product bought the same day; if nothing is booked or bought, the fee goes toward the provider's time.
Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a charge of 50% of the booked service, and after a no-show a non-refundable deposit is required before the next appointment can be booked. Many services require a deposit at booking, with amounts that vary. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday afternoons, Saturday mornings, Sunday afternoons and evenings, and is closed on Fridays.
