The lash menu ranges from a lash lift and tint, which gives a natural curl and lasts four to five weeks, to full sets. Full sets use lightweight 3D fans applied to single natural lashes, with premium mink lashes in the volume option. Clients can choose between hybrid sets that mix classic and volume lashes, volume sets, and a mega volume set the studio describes as its most dramatic. Fills are timed to how many natural lashes remain, and a removal is needed when fewer than half remain or when a new set is wanted. One-on-one custom lash training is also listed.

Custom facials can include dermaplaning, chemical peels and radio frequency. Chemical peels ask clients to stop retinol two weeks beforehand and to be off acne medications for four months, and recovery is listed at about two to four weeks of downtime. Facial and body waxing come in several options, and a full Brazilian wax needs about two weeks of growth, at least half an inch long.

Deposits are required to book and are non-refundable and transferable, with the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment. No extra guests are allowed, and arriving with makeup or crust on lash extensions incurs a $15 lash wash. Reschedules and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, late cancellations carry a fee of 80% of the service price, and arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2:30 PM, closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Each lash service is scheduled around how many natural lashes remain, with fills booked at two- or three-week intervals.
