The Downtown location is in a 1920s house that the business calls the Rainbow House, a few blocks from I-35.

Nail work is the largest part of the menu: gel and lacquer manicures, pedicures, hard and soft gel extensions, acrylic extensions, overlays, soak-off removal and repairs. Gel polish is a Japanese formula that the salon says lasts about a month. Most nail services finish with a top coat and cuticle oil.

Fills are only for returning clients and must be booked within four weeks of the last manicure, and they are offered only on work the salon itself did.

Beyond nails, the menu includes body waxing with sugaring as a gentler alternative, Brazilian waxing for all genders at one price, brow and lash services, customizable facials tailored by an esthetician, tattoos and tooth gems. Body waxing prices are estimates, with the final price shown at booking, and body waxing appointments are booked online before the visit.

The salon describes itself as LGBTQIA+-friendly and welcoming to all genders, with a safe space policy and no extra charge for gendered service names.

The Downtown location is a painted 1920s house with a mirrored, neon-lit bathroom, and the South Congress location has a clean, pink interior.
