Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a 30-minute customized facial focused on exfoliation and hydration to a 75-minute session with LED light therapy. Most facials include a double cleanse, exfoliation, a customized mask and facial massage, and finish with skincare education and products. Services are tailored to each client.

The menu also includes a back facial for breakouts and clogged pores, a corrective peel, and tween and teen facials for ages 9 to 19, including an acne-focused version.

The business describes itself as personalized skin care that is educational, results-driven and relaxing. New clients can start with a free complimentary consultation, a free virtual consultation for skincare questions, or a paid virtual in-depth consultation with a personalized regimen and treatment plan.

Booking policies: cancellations are requested 12 to 24 hours before an appointment, and no-shows or cancellations under 12 hours carry a 25% charge of the booked services. Rescheduling well in advance avoids fees, and repeated same-day rescheduling leads to a deposit on future appointments. Gift card sales are final. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12 to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 2 to 6 PM, and is closed Tuesday and Saturday.

Services are customized to each client, and facials include finishing products and skincare education.
