Services are grouped into brows, lashes, facials, waxing and bundles. For brows, options run from a basic tint or wax up to brow lamination, and tinting and waxing can be added to a lamination. Lash offerings are tinting and lash lifts, where the lift changes the shape of clients' own lashes rather than applying extensions. Facial choices include a brief mini facial as an add-on, dermaplaning, an Oxygen Rx facial with an enzyme, and the Rezenerate, which combines a nano pen treatment, an enzyme step, a hydrating mask applied alongside massage, and LED light therapy.

Bundles pair services together at a lower combined price, such as brow tint with lash tint, or a lash lift with a brow wax and tint. The practice says it aims to enhance natural features rather than change them, and it describes natural beauty as the best cosmetic. New clients can book a New Client Brow Service, which is offered to referred clients only and includes a consultation, a brow tint, a wax or tweeze, and a take-home brow product. Existing clients can book shorter brow appointments, and an emergency or squeeze-in visit is available by text for a prepaid fee.

Booking is done online, with a confirmation email after booking and appointment reminders by email and text 72 and 24 hours ahead. Changes are possible up to 24 hours before a visit, and clients can reschedule up to two times before prepayment is required. Clients are asked to text the business rather than call, and new clients should arrive five minutes early to find the location.
