Visits start with a full facial consultation and a personalized treatment plan. The consultation fee is $100 and is credited toward services booked the same day. The practice also says a free consultation is available for Kybella and other services when you reach out directly.

The menu covers neurotoxin treatments, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, microneedling with a Collagen P.I.N device, PRP for the face and hair, VI Peel, dermaplaning, an exosome-based serum, Kybella, B12 and other vitamin injections, and medical weight loss for patients who have tried diet and exercise alone. Filler appointments run 40 minutes to an hour, with the injections taking roughly 15 to 25 minutes. Neurotoxin visits take 30 to 45 minutes for new patients and 15 to 25 minutes for returning patients.

The practice carries the skin care lines SkinBetter Science, Epionce, ISDIN and NeoCutis, and Dr. Bertke personally researches and trials each one. Before-and-after photos are kept confidential unless a patient agrees to their use for promotional purposes.
