The clinic describes its philosophy as a root-cause approach, aimed at underlying causes rather than covering up symptoms, and it considers physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. Before any service, clients complete a medical history and health assessment that a practitioner reviews. After testing and ongoing monitoring, clients receive an individual wellness plan that may include lifestyle changes, supplements and follow-up testing.

Lab testing is a central part of the work. Panels include Zoomer options such as Gut, Hormone, Nutrient, Cardio, Food and Toxin, along with cholesterol, thyroid, vitamin, liver, kidney and food sensitivity testing. Samples are blood, urine, saliva or stool depending on the panel, and results usually arrive within a few days to a couple of weeks. The first lab testing consultation is free, and the clinic notes that lab testing does not replace urgent care for severe or sudden symptoms. Thyroid testing uses a functional range with a TSH target of 1.0 to 2.5 mIU/L, compared with a conventional range of about 0.5 to 4.5.

Hormone therapy using bio-identical hormones is available to both women and men. A pellet placement takes about 15 minutes in the office under local anesthetic. According to the site, pellets typically last about 3 to 5 months in most women and 5 to 7 months in most men. Women's therapy targets concerns including hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, mood changes and low libido. Hormone therapy consultations cost nothing.

IV infusions are customized nutrient blends given in the office under the supervision of trained medical personnel.
