Dr. Jasmine

Dr. Jasmine co-founded Advanced Functional Medicine of Austin, where she practices as an acupuncturist and herbalist. She owns 360 Jasmine Acupuncture & Wellness Center, and she has over ten years of clinical practice there. She is a licensed acupuncturist in Texas and holds a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DACM). She graduated as class valedictorian. Her studies in acupuncture and oriental medicine span more than two decades. She is a board-certified diplomate in Chinese herbology and in oriental medicine through NCCAOM. Further certifications include functional medicine, cosmetic acupuncture and several pain management therapies. She has also studied Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture, Dr. Tan's Balance Method and Dr. Zhu's scalp acupuncture, the last including its use for stroke and spinal cord injury. She holds 39 APEX certifications. Her focus areas are acute and chronic pain, cranio-sacral therapy, body detoxification and neurological rehabilitation, with scalp acupuncture used for neurological conditions and pain. She has worked with patients dealing with anxiety, chronic stress, depression and high blood pressure, and her work covers neurological disorders, chronic pain and inflammatory conditions. Clients can book her for functional medicine, weight loss, peptide therapy and anti-aging appointments.
