Facials run from a basic cleansing facial and a mini buccal facial, which focuses on the mouth, cheek and jaw, to a hydrofacial customized by a licensed esthetician and a sculpting facial that pairs facial technology with sculpting and buccal massage. Microneedling is offered, including SkinPen microneedling using SkinPen-approved products, along with dermaplaning as an exfoliation treatment. A skincare consultation covers skin analysis, skin care evaluation and education about advanced treatments.

Body and device services include EMS microcurrent, which uses electrical muscle stimulation for facial toning and scalp hair follicle stimulation, and Feel Opus Sound Bed therapy, which uses vibroacoustic technology. Red light therapy is offered at multiple wavelengths, timed at 30 seconds per area. Massage, starting at a facial or scalp massage without serums or masks, and lash and brow services including lifts, laminations, tints and natural henna or hybrid tints are also available.

Medical spa treatments are performed under protocols developed by licensed medical doctors, and the spa says treatments are supervised by a licensed physician. Neuromodulators such as Botox, Daxxify and Xeomin are offered, and lip flip uses Daxxify or Xeomin. Lipo Dissolve injections are medically supervised by a licensed MD, as are vitamin and peptide injections. IV infusions use pharmaceutical grade ingredients according to the business, and sclerotherapy is offered as a non-surgical treatment for uncomplicated spider veins. The medical director is not on site; questions about the medical director go to the office manager at 512.270.0090 or to Monarch Master Injectors Inc at 866.625.0137. Medically managed weight loss is supervised by a licensed MD and includes peptide injections, Lipo Trim and semaglutide options under physician supervision. Weight Loss Support is a bimonthly option for these clients that adds light therapy and muscle stimulation.

Visits are by appointment, booked through the online booking page, and the spa is open Monday to Saturday 10AM to 5PM and Sunday 12PM to 5PM. A credit card is required to reserve advance treatments. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and a $50 charge applies to the card for a late cancellation or missed appointment. Medical spa procedures are paid at the time of treatment, and packaged or grouped treatments are paid at the first scheduled session. Accepted payment includes personal and cashier's checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo and Cash App. No refunds are given for services already provided, and the spa states that no guarantee or warranty of actual results is made by anyone.
