Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled on the booking website up to 48 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation fee; later cancellations forfeit the deposit.

The salon uses Xpression pre-stretched hair for extensions and sells extension hair on site at $6 per pack, in colors 1B, 4, 27, 30, Burgundy and 613.
