Braiding is the core of the menu, including box braids, knotless braids, goddess and boho styles, micro braids and single tree braids, alongside cornrows, twists, faux locks, sew-ins and crochet styles.

The salon describes its mission as creating eye-catching hairstyles. Most braid styles come in several sizes, and the time and price follow the size and length chosen. Hours run seven days a week, opening at 8:30 or 9 AM on weekdays and 9:30 AM on Sundays, and closing at 6 PM.

Braid appointments are long. Completion time varies with size, length and assistant availability, so clients should plan for a long visit. Knotless box braids take about six hours, box braids about five, and goddess and boho styles from six to ten hours depending on size and length. Hair should arrive freshly washed, free of products and blow dried, and clients should arrive no more than fifteen minutes late.

Bookings are made through the online booking link on the website. A non-refundable $20 deposit secures the appointment and is taken off the total, and the balance is paid in cash at the visit. Deposits can also be sent through Cash App or Zelle by contacting the salon. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled on the booking website up to 48 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation fee; later cancellations forfeit the deposit.

The salon uses Xpression pre-stretched hair for extensions and sells extension hair on site at $6 per pack, in colors 1B, 4, 27, 30, Burgundy and 613.
